This is just a place to post pictures of you, looking like, well, you. So that hopefully we’ll all be able to talk to other Steampunks from around the world. There are so many of us, yet between some of us is such a vast distance. Using something like this, maybe, just maybe, that distance won’t really matter anymore. We’ll be able to learn about other people, their culture and just how many things we all have in common.
If you’re big into the Steampunk culture, like I’m gradually getting into, then this is one blog you’ve got to follow.
I didn’t expect the first one to be so popular. So I’ve decided to upload another one. Thanks for all the likes and reblogs, everyone!

Got my film back today. Got a flat tire again on the way back home, but at least I got my film back.
Yay?
Tire popped on the way back home after dropping off five rolls of film at the lab yesterday. Had to walk my bike almost four miles up the Santa Ana River trail. I stopped by 7-11 to buy a slurpee and some sour patch. Because, apparently, candy eases the pain of dragging a bicycle with a flat tire.
Grab the June 2012 issue of Riviera Orange County and turn to page 32. A photo I took last month is featured on that page, along with a short blurb about me and the photo.

Just watched Forgetting Sarah Marshall for the first time last night. Loved it. I have no idea why I avoided watching it all these years. And this song, I can not get it out of my head. Been listening to it all day. Nonstop. Funny thing is, I’m currently reading ‘House of Thieves’ by Kaui Hart Hemmings, which is a collection of short stories with Hawaii as the backdrop. The book and this song actually go great together on a nice, calm summer morning.
When I want mountains and endless winding roads, when I want the middle of nowhere, my destination is usually Home. Home Sweet Home. Where family is. Where all that is prevalent and right in your face. Where the sky meets the earth kind of thing. That’s where I want to be right now. Not yesterday, not tomorrow, not an hour ago or an hour later. Just right now. Right at this very moment.
